Jo Siffert

Joseph Siffert is a very famous Swiss driver, recognized for his professional and human qualities. Despite numerous participations in LeMans 24 Hours he never manages to win. He wins however beautiful victories in Formula 1 and his prize list in endurance is rather enviable. He was the dreaded and formidable opponent and team mate of Pedro Rodriguez. He survives the latter only a few months as he suffocated in his racing car in Brand Hatch in October, 1971.

This miniature represents him sitting on the wheel, the cross of the Swiss flag which decorates his helmet is used and he wears around the neck two glasses of race.
