Jean Rondeau entered two official cars in 1980. The car #16 is driven by Jean Rondeau himself and Jean-Pierre Jaussaud. It is the ex chassis ITT of 1979. Jean Rondeau is at the wheel for the 48th start of 24 Hours LeMans. 


The race is epic and Rondeau car number 16 ends in front of the Porsche de J. Ickx and R. Joest with the rear hood of Rondeau car number 15 in ITT colors, that had retired shortly before 11 pm.
