Last straight lines…

One cycle ends to give way to another such an eternal restart. Summer already gives way to autumn. No time to look back because projects push us to move forward. And yet the end of the year will promise a look into rearview mirror particularly with the production of models sold out.

At the scale 1/32nd we come back with a new production of the Mirage M1 of the 24 Hours of Le Mans of 1967 (ref. 132098/14M & 15M) that we had manufactured in 2012 in collaboration with Slot.it which had provided us with complete chassis (ref. 132057/14M & 15M). After several unsuccessful attempts related to logistical problems to get the chassis, we decided to develop our own tooling for this part. At the time of writing, the models have left the factory for imminent availability.

A new production of Porsche 917LH n°12 and 14 of the 24 Hours of Le Mans of 1969 (ref. 132031EVO/ 12M & 14M) has started for those who were not yet part of our aficionados. We take the opportunity to add the production of the Porsche 917LH n°46 Test car with an original body which certainly was not retained for the 1969 edition but which served as a basis for the mythical models of 1970.

Icing on the cake to complete this plate of the edition of the 24 Hours of Le Mans of 1969, the emblematic figurine of Jacky Ickx walking towards his car to mark his opposition to the departure type LeMans in force at the time makes its appearance at the 1/32nd (ref. FLM132069M).

This same figurine is also expected by the end of the year at the 1/18th (ref. FLM118047). But before there will be the end of our LeMans 1966 dioarama with the first position of Carroll Shelby (ref. FLM118046-P1) in shirt and trousers that puts the hand on Ken Miles’ shoulder and the second version (ref. FLM118046-P2), with his Texas hat and shirt in COBRA colors.

In scale 1/32nd Monsieur Ferdinand (ref. FLM132068M) allias Ferry Porsche, which we also released at 1/18th but is no longer available, will also be added to the list of characters who made live the endurance and who will make live the dioramas and animate the tracks of our slotracing friends.

Finally, the highlight of our show will be the Chenard & Walcker of the 24 Hours of Le Mans of 1923 #9 winner and #10, second in the 1/18th and 1/32nd. This is a new challenge that is being played. We put the last touches on the details of the model that should pay tribute to an era, vehicles and men who built the car race.

The schedule prepared in June announces other new items that have not yet their place in this story. It will not be long.
