Reproduction in the 1/32nd of Renault Etoile Filante (Shooting Star) which wins the speed record of the speed-record trial on the Salt lake in Utah in the United States, on September 5th, 1956.
Renault Etoile Filante was used as marketing and promotional means in Renault branches in France. It is shown on the track of LeMans just before the start in 1957, one year to the day after its presentation in Montlhéry in the press and in the world.
It is one of rare models by LE MANS miniatures that have been manufactured in four scales : 1/24, 1/43, 1/32 and 1/87th. In 1/32nd scale, it is only available in kit. THe box contains all resin and technical parts to build one complete running car.
