Danish driver, Tom Kristensen begins his career in a karting and drives Formula 1 cars. He is the most titled driver of LeMans 24 Hours with 9 victories among which consecutive 6 with Audi. In 1997 while he reorients his career in endurance racing, he joins the German team Joest for Porsche next to Michele Alboreto and wins his first victory. After 37 years spent on automotive teams, he retires the race in 2014.
It is this first victory in Le Mans in 1997 that we wished to celebrate. Tom carries the flower crown of the winners and smiling greet the crowd.
